Common Help

My pet is not saving

Petmoji stores progress locally on the device. Make sure the app is allowed to run normally and is not being removed or reset between sessions.

Multiplayer is not connecting

For nearby multiplayer:

• Make sure both devices are close to each other
• Make sure local network permissions are allowed
• Make sure both devices are running the latest version of Petmoji

Ads are not showing

Ads may not always be available in every session, region, or testing environment. Availability can also depend on ad network review and serving status.

Game Center

If Game Center is enabled, availability may depend on device settings and Apple account setup.
